Book Loans
The library books and audio for loan are provided and maintained by Leicestershire County Council Library service and system. We have a large collection of adult fiction with many bestselling authors, non-fiction including lifestyle, travel and biography, large print books and adult audio cds (cds are loaned for a charge). Reference books for research in the library are also available and a large collection of local titles are available for loan.
There is a lovely children’s section so children can browse themselves. This might mean our youngest members pulling books off shelves but don’t worry we like to see them getting hands-on right from the start! Our books include board books for under ones, picture books, first readers, junior fiction and non-fiction for homework help and activity books to develop new skills. There is also a separate young-adult fiction section for teenagers.
